Co-founding CityState Property, Mark has 22 years of experience in the property development and construction industry. Previously, Mark was General Manager of Laing O’Rourke’s NSW development division and was responsible for a development portfolio worth $775 million at its peak.
Mark worked with Multiplex Constructions and Multiplex Developments for 11 years, working to deliver several flagship projects including 363 George Street Sydney, the $215 million Darling Island development and the $90 million Ettalong Beach Resort development. Mark is well versed in rezonings securing approval for a 200 apartment development in Newtown and gained State Government approval for a 40,000m2 office tower in North Sydney. Mark holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) with 1st Class Honours from the University of Technology, Sydney and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of NSW.
