100 Mount Street is a 40,000m² commercial tower located in the heart of North Sydney. Feasibility studies and JV negotiation with the landowner were initially undertaken as part of the services provided for this project. Approval was then obtained through the State Government’s Part 3A process for one of the largest commercial buildings in North Sydney.

Architects engaged were Skidmore Owings Merrill from Chicago along with Architectus who achieved an elegant and efficient glass tower that contained 1200m² floor plates and a 91{4779ed6b2e9934650af1aa0371c3faebd1282e7f099c573ab152ac705336321c} NLA/GFA efficiency. At ground level the core has been offset to provide a large public plaza with high visibility through the site and activated ground plane.
