“Location, location, location – and where better than within a stone’s throw of plenty of public transport links, shops, cafes and restaurants? Increasingly, home buyers are seeking new developments close to infrastructure, and a number of projects on the market offer just that.
Montrose, a new $80 million 104-apartment block being sold off the plan from next week, is billed as the new gateway to North Sydney, and is just five minutes’ walk from North Sydney train station and buses.
”It’s very close to everything, access-wise,” says Mark Maryska of Montrose developer Legacy Property.
“It’s close also to the markets and to all the cafes and restaurants of North Sydney.” The 11-storey building on the Pacific Highway has been designed by Mayo Architects to replace ageing commercial offices, with luxury studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments.”
