CityState Property is pleased to announce that Oliver McGeachie has been appointed Development Manager. As part of the CityState Team, Oliver will be responsible for the delivery of CityState Property’s clients and partners assets. The appointment reflects CityState Property’s strong growth and future development pipeline across greater Sydney.  Director Scott Thomas said that the appointment is in line with the group’s strategy to ensure that CityState has the best in-house experience to deliver its current portfolio. “Oliver’s extensive experience in residential development will prove invaluable as more and more projects come online.” Previously Oliver has successfully run projects from concept to completion with both publicly listed and private developers, including Mirvac, Greengate and Marprop. Oliver draws on his expertise in delivering projects through the concept, approval, detailed design, tendering, construction, sales and marketing stages to create products of exceptional quality for clients and partners.
