Completed in 2015, 5 Martin Place is a 19 level Premium Grade building comprising the redevelopment of the iconic heritage listed Commonwealth Bank Building, and an extended new development. Designed by Johnson Pilton Walker and Tanner Kibble Denton Architects, the redevelopment  provides a unique premium commercial offering with large central atrium, large floor plates and prime CBD location in the heart of Martin Place.  The building provides approximately 33,860sqm of NLA.
