Located at 32-72 Alice Street, the project is an urban infill development in the heart of Newtown. CityState’s Mark Maryska directed the masterplanning and rezoning process from industrial to residential, a process taking five years to complete.

On rezoning, the site realised the potential to create an innovative living environment. The project subsequently received DA approval in 2013 for 181 apartments designed by SJB Interiors. Development is currently being undertaken by AlMaha.
