Darling Island includes 4.9 hectares of prime inner city, waterfront land on the Pyrmont peninsula. The site enjoys uninterrupted views back to the Sydney CBD and north to the Harbour Bridge and forms part of the larger, vibrant Pyrmont precinct.
Project development of the site began with adoption of the Darling Island Master Plan which provided development in three stages.
Stage One included the development of three waterfront apartment buildings housing 107 luxury apartments and a new public park and jetty at the northern tip of Darling Island Road. CityState’s Mark Maryska provided Development Management Services including authority approvals, consultant co-ordination, finance, sales and marketing direction, engagement of builder and construction supervision.
