Located in the beautiful beachside town of Ettalong and opposite the beach, the $80m Ettalong Beach Resort contains 236 serviced apartments including an outdoor pool, restaurant, bar, conference facilities for 700 delegates and undercover parking.
A core focus of the project’s delivery was the need to collaborate with a range of stakeholders and create a tailored approach to maximise the development’s value.
