Mark secured Development Approval through the Land and Environment Court. He undertook feasibility studies, arranged debt finance for the project, steered the sales and marketing campaign that successfully secured the pre-sales during the Global Financial Crisis, engaged and supervised the builder and provided settlement services for the apartments.
